I'm currently havimg an anxoety attack/Emetophobia and pleasw excuse my typos I'm trying to calm down by relating does anyone have an tips? Again sorry um shaking.
its inspiring that they shared their story!
This was posted on me birthday
Hello there! Nice video you have there! Since you are on the topic of Child Anxiety; have you bought from " Vidadsmedia Child Anxiety Treatment " (Have a quick look on google…cant remember the exact words)? My boss had some dealings with them and was impressed by their unbelivable treatment when the Childs Separation Anxiety was completely rectified !
Wow I related so much to the the girl in this video and it made me feel less alone
Yeah guys talking about it would be ignored or seen as weak men. The world is way accepting of women with mental health, jobs, education and trust.
Could anyone please help me? I have GAD and I really need to go to the school help centre but I can't find the courage to do so? It gets my anxiety going even thinking about it, what will I say, what will I do, will I look like I'm an attention seeker, what if I start crying or pass out? All these questions I just can't help but I NEED to go, I'm just too scared to ?? Thank you if anyone can help xx
what about males?
:/
What about males who suffer from anxiety by saying this is just a female issue supports the stereotype that men should just man up and stop acting like a wimp.
this is so relatable :/
I wonder if any of those girls are actually going through psychotherapy or medication because sharing it with friends might help, but it isn't a treatment.
Failure is part of life, its not how you fail but how you respond and learn from it. I fear for the younger generation because I suspect some of them have just not been prepared for life and as such do not have the resilience to cope with its unavoidable low points.
You are leftist garbage propaganda and your days are numbered. kill yourselves.
You're right. The school system is fucked up
Martha tho
Talking about panic attacks and anxiety in the same breath is unfair as they are separate and not necessary for people to have one to have the other. It also over estimates how anxiety affects people.
for every 1 boy calling child line 15 girls call is hardly surprising…
what i dont understand is how can these girls(and women in general) be so easily susceptible to something so minute in their life. GCSE exams were nothing, its stressful sure, but i cannot imagine anyone building up a false idea that if they fail their life is over.
its not like these girls watched an orphanage get bombed by a remote drone. is it a feminine issue? guys are hardly ever likely to be suffering from anxiety with something as basic as stress for exams nor would the anxiety impact their lives as much. i find that when guys to face anxiety its often a serious matter.
