The other day i rolled my ankle so i thought in todays video i would go over my methods to make my ankles heal quicker after injury, i’m not trained or have much legitimate knowledge on how to treat it properly but this is what works for me. What do you guys do differently?

I rolled my ankle playing basketball going up for a rebound. I was out for six weeks, my ankle was black and blue. After a year it’s still swollen! Maybe I injured my ankle more than I thought I never went to the doctors though?
Having just rolled my ankle, this video gives me anxiety and hope at the same time.

A doctors advice to heal completely and prevent new rolls: Proprioceptive work helps your brain getting the right automatic reactions.
When the pain is quite disappeared, stand or seat next to a wall, and press the ball (soccer or else) against the wall with the outer side of your foot and roll it in every possible direction.
If this exercise is painful, stop and try again later.
You can also do that to prevent injuries, every time you feel stiff or sore, and before trying when you're not confident in the landing of a new trick. (Or when waiting for the floor to dry)
Do the same with ball pressed with the inside of ankle to work knee…
I tend to put my toes in the pocket of the tail, lean a little back but not too much, pop strait and concentrate on the wrap not spinning, the problem I see is youre doing a shuv motion and leaning slightly too far forward (like you would a flip trick) hope this helps!
